Thus far, I have both scorers and both assisters in my team...not bad. :D
Have you blamed Kril lately?

You know what's silly?

ASSISTANT: "HEY SUNDAE YOU SHOULD CAPTAIN JORDI ALBA I THINK HE'LL SCORE THE MOST POINTS THIS WEEK!! :tease: "
Me: "Shut up, stupid assistant guy." *captains Xabi*

:stars:

That guy repeatedly suggested the right captain for me. He actually did, and I ignored him. Three times this tournament he was right.

66 points for me, looks like.

4 - 0 ! thats getting on for a score line more commonly seen in that silly American football thing with the squashed ball.

Deserved by Spain I think although such a massive arse kicking does seem a little unfair on an Italian team who didn't play too badly.

Who won here then with your fantasy football?

Great result for Spain. 4-0 in a final is really something.

With no bonus points to be awarded, it looks like Sundae is TEH WINNAH - grats! :D

Unfortunately, Kril passed me too... can I trip him up as he cruises through?

3rd place for moi (better than the England team managed, though!)

Honestly, this Euro Fantasy thing was a bit silly with how they set it up. The EPL one is sooooo much better. Thanks for hosting the league, Kril!! I don't like the "switch out your players on the fly" thing, because it switches the focus from who you actually believe are the best players to trying to scam the odds across multiple days. For example, look at the quarterfinals, where I ended up with Salpingidis instead of Gomez. Nobody in their right mind would, in an EPL style league, have that team arrangement given it was GER v GRE. However, it was worth it to hedge your bets in this game because of the sub-out. I could drop whichever one performed badly in favor of Silva next.

ESP v ITA was about as big a mismatch as I thought it would be, honestly, and it only got worse once they injuried out and had to play a man down. I'm not surprised by the final victory, though frankly I figured 2-0, not a 4-0 thrashing with the man-down problem.
