Drat. I did log in late last night, chatted with EP, but was too tired to play anything.

Yes, and my studio is filled with fabulous prizes!  So I'd be happy to help you out. Looking at your HoM calculator, I think you can get to 30/50 within a couple weeks, if we can just meet up a few times.

EP, by the way, is pretty close. Good chance he can get to 30/50 this weekend, with a little luck, and if we can meet up.

I will be in town this weekend, and able to play tonight and Saturday, unless I'm taking the family to the new Avengers movie (which I hope to do).

Can I get a Wootalujah?

We're also going to see the Avengers this weekend (probably-hopefully), likely the Ridge. :D

We're probably going to the iPic at Bayshore, because they're showing it in 2D. (I hate 3D.) Where's the Ridge? Maybe we should meet up. :D (If we meet up, I'll hand you the armbrace in person. If that's possible.)

Edit: Ugh, that's way out in New Berlin. Yeah. we'll probably do the iPic.

Still, I have that armbrace, and unless we had laptops and wifi, I couldn't give it to you on the spot.

Not sure which day/time we're going yet, we haven't decided. :D

I've been to the iPic before - it's probably my favourite cinema in the area. Well, now that the Rosebud closed down, anyway (RIP :( )

I also hate 3D, not worth the money...although I did quite enjoy Avatar 3D, I have to admit.

WHAT!?!?!? The Rosebud closed? Oh man. That's depressing. The Rosebud, and possibly the Times in 'Tosa, are exactly what cinemas ought to be. Mang ... it's my fault the Rosebud closed. I should have been driving there, seeing the classics ... my bad.

Another edit: Still, the Oriental and the Landmark are decent. Those are both at least just a couple miles from out house. We've been to those a lot. Kim just took the kids to the Oriental for something ... just asked the boy for confirmation, and it was The Hunger Games.

And yet another edit - if we go tomorrow, it will be to teh iPic at Bayshore, it would be one of the first 4 showings. 11:50, 3:15, 3:50, or 6:40.

Yes, but wait, wait, wait!

This is all in Wisconsin, isn't it? So... none of this matters, right?

Sorry for :offtopic: (but Avengers is a great +10 to Joss Wheden kind of movie, indeed, and that is all.)

Back on topic.

Here are a pair of plans to get EP and Nihilist up to 30/50. Let me know, Nihilist and EP, if you'd care to execute these plans. Anyone else looking to get to 30/50? I'm guessing that, since the BWE and more folks seem to be coming back to GW1 a little, that there's some people-power around to get a lot of folks to 30/50 who might not already be there.

For Nihilist, starting at 10/50:
** One green mini, and any 7 other minis -- brings him to 12
** Checking in 7 EotN heroes with Cloths of the Botherhood brings him to 15
** Luxon and any 4 other armor sets brings him to 20. (I know an exploit to cheaply farm tons -TONS!- of Luxon faction for free Jadeite. Actually, it appears to be common knowledge now: Look for the bug half-way down the page.)
** A tormented, an oppressor weapon and a destroyer weapon brings him to 25
** Eternal Zaishen Supporter statue brings him to 30/50
Plan requires guildie help to farm 7 Cloths of the Botherhood, 10 Medals of Honor, 200 Z-keys, and pull off the Zos Shivros hack enough times to get the free Jadeite. (I already have much of this in storage.)
Also requires Nihilist to complete EotN on NM with at least one toon, get a toon to Cavalon, and advance a toon to 4 other 15k armor crafters.

For EP, currently at 20/50:
** One green mini and any 1 other mini -- brings him to 22
** Checking in a Phoenix (just need to complete the last Factions mission and bring a toon that can charm a pet) brings him to 23
** 2 more statues brings him to 26 (I know EP is working on farming Sunspear points - that and one other is all he'd need)
** An oppressor weapon and a destroyer weapon brings him to 28
** 2 more armor sets brings him to 29 (can probably just get these from the post-mission area after beating the last Factions mission)
** any 2 other weapons brings him to 30. Oppressor weapons are fairly cheap and easy to get, and EP and I have been running a couple of toons through the War in Kryta mission, and that should easily get him the Medals of Honor he needs.
Hence, I think that EP can get to 30 pretty quickly at this point.

And like I said, I have a lot of this stuff in storage already, too.

Some of that stuff was on my to-do list, yeah. :)

I'm currently playing through the campaigns on normal - 1 mission away from Protector of Cantha title. Partway through EOTN, not done much on Nightfall and zero on Proph.

I think each of the normal mode completes with master clears is worth a point.

I have no doubt that I could use that stuff; I'll let you know once I've finished trawling through the campaigns one by one. :)

Much obliged!

Bump.

I still have many good things of goodness for people still trying to get to 30/50, thusly getting the maximal amount of "I PLAYED A LOT OF GW1!" cred.

Folks wanting to maximize the maximations will need to play a little, to get to the areas in the game where they need to turn some of the stuffs in.

Just sayin'. Gimme a holler.
