It's been two months since the last build, but now there's a new one. Performance is great.

I might try joining next Weds, if I remember and the weather outside doesn't distract.

Didn't notice any improvement but hadn't had problems for several builds :-)
We did have fun though.

You and Bawsy missed some EPIC games this week, no sniper - and NO Piston hammer with friendly fire....

Hope to catch you next time!

So current patch didnt fall well. The movement change is actually something silly: They adjusted acceleration speed.. Didnt expect that to have such a notable effect. The idea is to have players think more about theyr movement. I suppose that is directed more towards pro players, but i feel it it is taking away the unreal feel.
One other is the shield changes, less UT classic more UT2k4. Not really liking it it, but I can suck that up.

I didn't like it at all. It just felt slow and stodgy.

The shield bit didn't bother me, but the movement was horrendous.

Hope they put it back how it was before.

Sorry I didn't make it last night.
Was feeling 'meh' and couldn't face it.

Probably back to normal next week.

I showed up, played myself a game against some bots, though no one showed up so I ended up going to bed early since i was quite "le tired". I hope you won't feel meh next week!

Turned up at 7:50 expecting a game or two, and nobody was on.

Slackers.

Probably wont make tonight either now that the kids athletics is back on...

Thanks for the games last night. Was fun.
I noticed that complaining about the movement speed was absent, It didnt think about it myself anymore. Still some of the sounds bug me as does the flak ball trajectory!

I enjoyed the games with the bots on Godlike last night - I did hear some squeaks of dismay from the elite FnG players but
for us mere mortals it was business as usual.... Die spawn Die Spawn Die Spawn

I was just thinking we haven't seen Rampy for a couple of weeks.
Hope the France trip is good....
